The Three Musketeers

The regeneration of nature brought about by spring is remarkable, especially with the ever increasing burden of man. What popped out of the bushes and started tumbling across our lawn a few days ago? None other than three fuzzy little raccoon kittens. We clambered outside, cameras in hand, to witness their incessant calling as they made their way from one garden to the next. In the end we decided they were probably still blind, as they never really seemed to look at anything. We haven't seen these cute little creatures since, and we can only hope that their mom was on a short hiatus when we saw them and hurried back soon afterwards to nurse them and keep them warm.

Those are really cute! I haven't seen raccoon kittens very often. There was once a family that lived outside my window in Seattle, but I mostly saw the parents.
