Spinach Souffle

Our friends Deborah and Derek keep a website of all their favorite recipes, along with pictures of the food they cook. They are the inspiration for this first "cooking" themed post - a spinach souffle I whipped (literally) up last night to use up some farm eggs from my parents' visit. The recipe is from the Illustrated Kitchen Bible.
